As I will be featuring the Miami life in my magazine, I will be shooting in public spaces, basically portraying the beach, touristic areas, streets, shops, food and culture.

To shoot in a private area, you must have permission, but if you are in a public space in Florida you can take a picture of anything you want. I will not need to request permission since the shots will be in public places.

In regards to people, I don't have models for my photoshop, except possibly myself. When in a public space (public access), people have chosen to be there voluntarily, and a reasonable person would expect to have limited right to privacy. If there are some people in my photos they will not be the focus of the shot so there is no permission needed either.

I have no intention to photograph any private property, like the the interior of a restaurant for example, therefore I haven't include those permission requests in this blog post.
